Game Director & Producer

Full-time | Remote

What you’ll do

  • Own features/content end-to-end, from concept to implementation, release, and post-launch iteration
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine systems, progression loops, and live content
  • Actively work within Roblox Studio to tune gameplay, balance systems, and improve game feel
  • Identify underperforming areas and directly execute improvements using player data and feedback
  • Lead a cross-functional team to ensure features ship at a high level of quality and polish
  • Own the live ops cadence, including events, rewards, and content drops
  • Maintain a high bar for gameplay feel, clarity, and competitive balance
  • Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing a live-service games at scale
  • Strong project management experience using tools like Notion, Jira, or Linear (we use Notion)
  • Ability to write clear design documentation and actionable task breakdowns
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs to drive product decisions
  • Strong understanding of game design, player psychology, retention, and monetization systems
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and accountable
  • Nice-to-have Qualifications

  • Understanding of version control and production workflows
  • Comfortable working hands-on with Roblox Studio to implement or tune features
  • Compensation

  • Compensation: $100,000/yr → $200,000/yr, depending on qualifications
  • This role is eligible to receive a portion of its compensation in the form of a revenue share of the game
