If you refer a candidate that is hired, you will be given a one-time referral reward payment. The following payments and requirements for each type of role are as follows:
- Full-time role: 2,000 USD
- Must stay with company for atleast 90 days
- Part-time role: 1,000 USD
- Must stay with company for atleast 90 days
- Commission role: 200 USD
- Hourly role: 200 USD
